Please note that products must be in original condition, not worn, and shipped in original packaging. For your convenience, FREE RETURNS only applies to continental U.S. orders.

• Shipments to PO Boxes in all U.S. states and territories via FedEx Smartpost service.

Step 1: Visit and login to your account under ‘My Account’ at the top right of the page.
Step 2: Click on the link for ‘View Previous Orders’ in the Account Menu.
Step 3: Click on the corresponding ‘Order Number’ for the return.
Step 4: Scroll to the bottom of the page to the ‘Returns’ section and click on ‘Request a Return Authorization (RA) Number'.
Step 5: Fill out the requested information and click ' continue'. A Return Authorization (RA) number will be automatically provided to you. You must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number to complete your return. Exchange Instructions Follow steps 1 through 5 of the Return Instructions above, and then proceed to the following step:
Step 6: After you receive a Return Authorization (RA) number, click "Exchange Order” to choose the product you wish to receive for the exchange. You have up to 60 days to complete the exchange.

Please Note: If the return package of the original merchandise is not received within 30 days of receiving the Return Authorization (RA) number, your credit card will be charged or a bill will be issued. Products must be in original condition, not worn, and shipped in original packaging.

• If you exchange for a higher priced item, you will be charged the difference.
• If you exchange for a lower priced item, you will receive a credit for the difference.
• If you return an item within 60 days, you will receive a credit on your credit card.

• Pack merchandise in the original shipping box.
• Affix the pre-paid SmartPost return label over the original shipping label on the box.
• Retain the top portion of the return label for your tracking number reference.
• Please Note: Write the Return Authorization (RA) number on the box below the shipping label (Example: RA#9000054) to ensure prompt credit to your account.

Simply leave your return package in your mailbox, give it to your postman or mail it at any USPS location.
You can also drop your return off at any FedEx Authorized Service Center that accepts ground shipments.
Note: Please allow 7-10 business days transit for your return to arrive and to be processed at our Distribution Center.

• A customer service representative will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number to be written on the shipping box of the return merchandise below the pre-paid FedEx shipping label.
• If you make an EVEN exchange (same product, but different size and/or color), simply return the original pair and the new pair will be sent to you promptly.
• If you exchange for a higher priced item, we will need a credit card to charge the difference.
• If you exchange for a lower priced item, you will receive an electronic Gift Certificate for the difference once the original merchandise is returned.

• Gift Certificates expire one year from the date of delivery.
• Please note that products returned must be in original condition, not worn, and shipped in original packaging in order to receive credit.
• Customer is responsible for shipping charges, duty, taxes, and any fees.   Shipping charges are non-refundable.   Returns / Exchanges are customer's responsibility
