Shipping and Returns Policy
We hope you are pleased with your merchandise. However, if you are not completely satisfied, simply return your purchase within 60 days for an exchange or refund. Please note that products must be in original condition, not worn, and shipped in original packaging. For your convenience, free returns only applies to continental U.S. orders.
Processing of Orders & Shipments
• Free Shipping is available to all U.S. orders over $75.
• Orders received before 10:45 a.m. (CST) Monday - Friday will ship the same day.
• Shipments to PO Boxes in all U.S. states and territories via FedEx Smartpost service.
• Free Returns only to the continental U.S.

- • Head on over to your Order History
- • Click on the 'Return' under actions that corresponds to your 'Order Number' that you wish to return.
- • Click on the corresponding ‘Order Number’ for the return.
- • Specifiy your reason for returning your order and click Request Return.
- • A Return Authorization (RA) number will be automatically provided to you. You must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number to complete your return. If your purchase is older than 60 days, you will need to call customer service at the phone number above.
Please Note: If the return package of the original merchandise is not received within 30 days of receiving the Return Authorization (RA) number, your credit card will be charged or a bill will be issued. Products must be in original condition, not worn, and shipped in original packaging.
How to Prepare Return Package
- • Pack merchandise in the original shipping box.
- • Affix the pre-paid SmartPost return label over the original shipping label on the box.
- • Retain the top portion of the return label for your tracking number reference.
- • Please Note: Write the Return Authorization (RA) number on the box below the shipping label (Example: RA#9000054) to ensure prompt credit to your account.

Shipping Your Return Package
- • Simply leave your return package in your mailbox, give it to your postman or mail it at any USPS location.
- • You can also drop your return off at any FedEx Authorized Service Center that accepts ground shipments.
- • Note: Please allow 7-10 business days transit for your return to arrive and to be processed at our Distribution Center.
Packages may not be returned using a FedEx drop box. Packages must be taken to a FedEx station or authorized ship center such as FedEx Office (Kinkos), Office Max, Staples etc. for a return. Please visit FedEx for locations near you.
- • Gift Certificates expire one year from the date of delivery.
- • Please note that products returned must be in original condition, not worn, and shipped in original packaging in order to receive credit.
